Bruce attended the AIA Adviser Summit morning recently. AIA is one of the largest insurers in the world, helping their clients with over $1 million in payments every working day. AIA emphasizes a unique purpose-led company focus, designed to help Australians live happier and healthier lives. Keynote speaker Alisa Camplin, AM was the first Australian female – and the second Australian – to win gold at a winter Olympics (Salt Lake City, 2002); she then   earned a bronze in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. Alisa’s presentation covered her experience of facing and conquering sporting, personal and professional challenges. Her talk was truly inspirational. And Alisa’s a nice person too! Afterwards, Bruce and Karena Cox of AIA pedaled their hearts out – and worked off the delicious breakfast – to help raise money for the Future2Foundation which helps young Australians. Bruce came away full of practical ideas for Nova clients!
