Early 2022 marked busy days at Nova. Caelan Gray joined us as Client Service Officer. Melissa Dixon (next to Bruce), whom many will remember performed the same role some years ago, supported Caelan in her initial period and helped keep things running smoothly. Industry consultant Lorna Emery (far right) provided Caelan – and Bruce! – with advice and training on the latest software and ideas to help improve our service to clients.
